Creating Baby Food with Quinoa

Quinoa (“keen wah”), an ancient grain, is a complete protein. The Incas called it the “mother grain”.
Don’t overcook quinoa or you’ll end up with mush-like goo.
Basic recipe:
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups of water
- 1 cup Quinoa – cooked
- ½ cup Yogurt – plain
- ½ Banana
- Dash of cinnamon
